Is this the day your astrologer says you'll find Prince Charming? Too bad: You're likely following the wrong sign, experts say.
Because the Earth's axis has shifted since the Babylonians determined the dates of the Zodiac 3,000 years ago, the signs most people follow are now about a month off.
"When [astrologers] say that the sun is in Pisces, it's really not in Pisces," Parke Kunkle of the Minnesota Planetarium Society told the Minneapolis StarTribune, noting that the science is not new.
The shift means that most horoscope readers who consider themselves Libras are actually Virgos. Most Pisces are actually Aquarians.
Technically, there's even a 13th sign, Ophiuchus (Nov. 29-Dec. 17), which was discarded by the Babylonians because they wanted 12 signs.
Astrologers pooh-poohed the revelation.
"We've known about this for ages," popular astrologer Susan Miller told ABC News.
