A 14 YEAR OLD BRONX GIRL GETS STABBED TO DEATH BY HER MOTHER'S BOYFRIEND FOR NOT DOING HER CHORES!

A 14-year-old Bronx girl was stabbed to death after giving her mom a hard time about doing her chores, police and witnesses said Friday.
Ebonee Williams, known as Imani to her friends, was stabbed multiple times and died at Lincoln Hospital.

Police are questioning her mother's boyfriend - 35-year-old Christopher Ezell - in the murder.

The teen got into a heated argument late Thursday with her mother and Ezell over her rebelliousness, witnesses said.

"I heard them upstairs arguing around 11 that the mother doesn't control her," said one neighbor, Malika Stephenson, 31. "He was yelling at the mother about Imani that she doesn't control her, that she don't care about anything. Then I saw the mother leave.

"And about 20 mins later the cops showed up and the ambulance showed up. That's when we found out she got stabbed."

Friends of the family said the girl's father lives elsewhere and she did not get along with Ezell, the father of three younger siblings.

Her father lives elsewhere, neighbors said, and the girl did not get along with her mom's boyfriend, 35-year-old Christopher Ezell.

Her 10-year-old sister and twin 3-year-old brothers were in another room at the time of the stabbing and were not hurt.

Stephenson suggested the couple had argued about the girl, a student at South Bronx Academy, for several years, but that the problems did not seem extraordinary.

"She was just acting like a regular teenager," Stephenson said. "They would fight over her not cleaning her room, not helping around the house. I know they had problems but nothing that serious that you need to kill her over.

"She was a sweet girl."

Police said the suspect was picked by Housing Bureau officers about a half-mile away from the scene. He has a previous criminal record for robbery, assault and selling drugs, a source said.
