50 Cent Wants To Buy His Shows Back From STARZ Network

50 Cent has been vocal about his frustrations with STARZ network, home to his popular television shows Black Mafia Family, Power Book II: Ghost and Power Book IV: Force, among others. With the Force finale scheduled for April 17, 50 Cent is trying to figure out what his next move is. 50 posted an Instagram video of a UFC fight in an attempt to illustrate what he’s going through with STARZ. As he suggested in the caption, the 46-year-old mogul is attempting to buy his shows back, so he can possibly shop them to other networks. “Everybody ready to work, I’m trying to buy my universe back from STARZ so it goes where ever i go,” he wrote. “Only 5 months left in my deal, and i’m not on the air for 6 months so We Out! 50 started airing out the STARZ network in March with multiple Instagram posts in which he threatened to leave. Using an Instagram video of a man packing his suitcase, Fiddy wrote, “This is me packing my stuff, STARZ. Sucks, my deal is up over here I’m out. They renewed High Town, and FORCE is the highest rated show they have sitting in limbo. If I told you how much dumb shit I deal with over here, you would think they all went to school on a small yellow bus. “G-Unit Film & TV produces the Top 4 series in African American households (Force, Ghost, Raising Kanan, BMF),” he wrote at the time. “BMF was the biggest direct to consumer premiere via the Starz app. Force was the biggest premiere for Starz in the network’s entire history.
