The empire strikes back — but at what?
Rapper 50 Cent shared a cryptic post to Instagram of an image of his ex gal pal, actress Vivica Fox, alongside a picture of an older woman — who’s seemingly had a few surgical procedures gone awry.
“I don't know why people would want to cross me. I would stay out of my way, if I wasn't me because I'm gonna keep winning,” the rapper captioned the photo.
“I think they do it for attention, then they get more attention then they want. I told you POWER was the show to watch. ?? Now Empire lol ?? forget it.”
The actress stars on Fox Network series “Empire,” while Fiddy produces and features in Starz series “Power.”
Aside from rivalry over ratings , exactly how the “Empire” actress assumedly “crossed” the rapper is unconfirmed, but Fox doesn’t seem to be too concerned.
“Vivica is too busy to get caught up in childish nonsense,” a rep for the actress told The Daily News.
It’s not the first time the scorned ex-lovers have taken out the claws.
After Fox implied that her ex was in a gay relationship with fellow rapper Soulja Boy in an interview on “Watch What Happens Live” in Nov. 2015, 50 Cent took to Twitter to berate the “Empire” actress in a slew of crude tweets.
“Now she thinks I'm gay because I let her lick my A--. ?? LMAO. Wait,I didn't want her to,she forced me, my hands were tied.
The New York-native addressed the scandal at his Frigo by RevolutionWear Preview later on in the month, slamming Fox for the comments and calling her “desperate,” US Magazine reported.
“That statement was like out of nowhere. I don’t know, it feels like desperation,”50 Cent said.
“It feels like (she’s) searching for attention at that point because I haven’t dealt with her in 10 years, 11 years.”
Fox later apologized to Soulja Boy on Twitter, but declined to retract her statements about Fiddy.
“Let me say this!! Wasn't speaking about @souljaboy only my EX and his antics! I apologize for that to @souljaboy,” she wrote.
