50 Cent Calls For Removal Of NYC Supreme Court Judge Who Threatened To Shoot Black Teens At High School Graduation Party

50 Cent has called from the ouster of a New York judge amid a video of her threatening to shoot Black teenagers at a high school graduation party going viral the Queens native took to Instagram to express his reaction to the clip, which was filmed in 2022 and captures New York State Supreme Court Justice Erin Gall seemingly menacing a group of teenagers at the celebratory event. The video, which has garnered widespread outrage and calls for Gall’s exit by force or resignation, has been described as disturbing and triggering by numerous people since its release earlier this month. “SMH, she should be removed,” Fif captioned the post of him reposting the video on his account, asking his followers to do the same. “This is bad. Repost this video. In the clip, which was filmed by police bodycam footage from responding officers, Gall is seen ordering a group of teens to vacate the property, even going as far as attempting to have one of the officers cuff one of the teens, who she accused of trespassing. “You’re not going to find your keys. You got to call an Uber and get off the property,” Gall sternly said. “You’re going to get a cop escort home.” Gall continued, pointing to her history as a public servant and authoritive figure in the judicial system as reason to heed her warning. “I’ve done this for a million years,” she added. “I’m a lawyer. I’m a judge. I know this. She then informed the responding officers that they’re legally able to gun down the teens if they were to return for their possessions. “You can shoot them on the property,” before declaring that she’d be willing to take that course of action if prompted. “I’ll shoot them on the property,” she coldly added. Gall has also garnered scrutiny by The State Commission on Judicial Conduct, which ruled that she “created at least the appearance that she harbored racial bias,” in their report of the incident, which was released this past Monday (July 22). “Her wide array of misconduct severely undermined public confidence in the judiciary and in her ability to serve as a fair and impartial judge,” the report charged. Robert H. Tembeckjian, the commission’s administrator, deemed Gall’s behavior as appalling in his own statement regarding the incident. “[Erin Gall’s behavior] was as shocking as anything I have seen in my 40 years of judicial ethics enforcement,” said Tembeckjian.
