2 CHAINZ PUTS COPS ON BLAST AFTER ARREST!

Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz is putting Maryland area police on blast after reportedly being arrested prior to his University of Maryland Eastern Shore concert last night (February 14).

2Chainz hopped onto Twitter and proceeded to fire shots at local law enforcement although details of what exactly went down are still fuzzy.

"UMES we on the way , dam police !!n wit a n*gga , we fina turnUP," he tweeted late Thursday (February 14) night.

Last May, Chainz called out New York City police for arresting him over jewelry.

"They tried to[..]assinate my character, they tried to[..]assinate my swag," 2 Chainz told MTV News in an exclusive telephone interview. "It was just a negative dilemma earlier where someone misconstrued a piece of jewelry for a weapon and stuff. ... I do exclusive pieces. My pieces are actual conversation pieces, like, literally. When you see my gold, when you see my stuff, it's something to conversate about. People weren't doing four-finger rings and all that. I just like to set myself apart, so I definitely wasn't trying to beat nobody up on the airplane or nothing." (MTV)

The rapper's 2012 arrest took place while at New York's LaGuardia Airport.

Kanye West's rap prodigy 2 Chainz was arrested at LaGuardia Airport in New York today ... after cops say he was packin' brass knuckles in his carry-on bag ... TMZ has learned. 2 Chainz -- real name Tauheed Epps (who also goes by the name Tity Boi) -- was entering the Delta terminal to fly to a show in North Carolina ... when the TSA discovered brass knuckles in his bag. Law enforcement tells TMZ ... police were called to the scene ... and 2 Chainz was taken into custody for misdemeanor possession of a criminal weapon at 1:45 local time. (TMZ)

Outside of making bad press, Chainz appeared on this week's "2 Broke Girls" episode.

After hooking up with a big-time music personality, Max got a hook-up of two tickets to the Grammys and a free trip on a private jet. Ironically, the jet they wound up on happened to be the one Caroline used to own. It even still had the same pilot. It also happened to pick up one more passenger in the form of 2 Chainz himself. He and Caroline hit it off pretty well -- after she freaked him out by posing with her butt next to his face while he was sleeping. He didn't seem put off by her rap skills at all, joining her in an impromptu take on that "Birthday Song" single. Unfortunately, a mechanical problem separated the girls from 2 Chains, who caught another flight to the Grammys. They had to settle for a cheap motel in the Midwest and their memories of flying high.
