Kevin Hart Sued For $60 Million By Sex Tape Partner

Kevin Hart‘s sex tape partner believes she was set up — and now she wants $60 million.

Montia Sabbag filed a $60 million lawsuit against the comedian and others involved in the 2017 incident, claiming that Hart and his friend J.T. Jackson set her up and hid a camera during their rendezvous, per the papers obtained by Page Six on Tuesday. She is alleging that they are responsible for being negligent, inflicting emotional distress and invading her privacy.

Sabbag, 28, alleged that Hart, 40, let his friend into his Cosmopolitan Hotel suite in Las Vegas to set up the hidden video cameras. Jackson was previously charged with two counts of extortion in regards to the tape but denied ever extorting Hart.

Sabbag is filing suit now although the incident occurred two years ago as “on September 17, 2019, [she] became aware for the first time of the video’s existence and that she had been surreptitiously videotaped while naked and engaging in private sexual activity in a private bedroom and that her privacy had been invaded.”

“I was involved with Kevin Hart a month ago … I’m not an extortionist. I’m not a stripper,” Sabbag said back in September 2017 while also calling Hart a victim in the case. “I’m a recording artist and an actress, and I have not broken any laws. I had nothing to do with these recordings … I’m truly sorry for any involvement I had in this.”

Hart was married to Eniko Parrish at the time. The couple — who is still together — welcomed a son the same year as the sex tape.

Hart is currently recovering from a serious car crash with Parrish by his side.
