Busta Rhymes Bust His Head Open

Busta Rhymes looks more like Busta head ... because Friday in New York the rapper face planted off the stage at a concert -- and the results were plasmatic.

Rhymes made a surprise appearance in the wee hours of the morning at Webster Hall during another rapper's concert ... and fell into the crowd after he slipped while leaning into the pit.

Busta went backstage and got cleaned up -- he never re-emerged for the crowd.
