Young Thug Girlfriend Says He's Been Released From Jail

Young Thug's girlfriend Karlae, posted on Instagram that he was free and thanked Thug's attorney, Drew Findling, for getting the rapper out.

"BIG THANK YOU TO THESE AMAZING TWO MR BRIAN STEELE AND @drewfindling," she wrote. "THE GOAT IS FREE #GODISGOOD @thuggerthugger1 continue making history and touching the masses with your talent."

Young Thug has been in DeKalb County Jail since Tuesday, September 11 when he turned himself into the DeKalb County Sheriff Office.

Williams was arrested back in September 2017 after being pulled over for having tinted windows. At the time, he was charged with two counts of firearm possession, as well as possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of Xanax, codeine, and ecstasy. Earlier this month, TMZ reported that Williams was indicted on those charges plus two additional charges: intent to distribute meth and hydrocodone.

Young Thug has been teasing a new album called On the Run, which apparently features Elton John, Jaden Smith, and 6LACK. Over the weekend, he claimed it would be released on September 11.
