WOMAN IS ARRESTED AFTER SHOWING COPS A PIC WITH HER 2 YEAR OLD GAGGED & BOUND WITH DUCT TAPE!

A Pennsylvania mom is being charged with child endangerment after she showed cops a photo of herself posing next to her two-year-old daughter who is gagged and bound with duct tape.

Caira Ferguson, 21, revealed the photo to authorities as part of a claim that her identity had been stolen, according to Chester Township Police.

The horrific photo was originally posted on mediatakeout.com. It shows the diapered tot tied to a blue, plastic chair with duct tape around her legs, arms, chest and mouth.

Cops searched Ferguson's home Wednesday because of outstanding warrants. They discovered the plastic chair with remains of duct tape still attached to it. Ferguson was arrested shortly afterwards.

She's also being charged with false imprisonment and unlawful restraint.

The young mother told NBC Philadelphia that she was innocent as police escorted her out of the station.

"I did not duct tape my daughter," she said.

"She told us that it is her in the photograph," Police Chief Ken Coalson told the Delco Times.

Ferguson admitted during questioning that she bound her daughter seven months ago.

She is being held without bail, and her daughter is in the custody of child welfare workers.
