Video: Naked Man High On PCP Does The Nae Nae On The Corner

A man allegedly high on embalming fluid stripped down on a busy Texas street and began dancing nude as a group of bystanders — many of them children — watched in disbelief.

The unidentified man started taking his clothes off as soon as he was spotted dancing in the median of the northwest Houston intersection about 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.

“He was doing the Beyoncé, the surf board, twerking, the Nae Nae. Every dance that’s out there right now, he was doing,” one witness, Chad Arceneaux, told KHOU-TV.

“I didn’t know what was next.”
Some people were horrified to see several children watching the stunt as others recorded it with their cell phones.

“I think it’s sickening. It’s disgusting. It’s gross,” a neighbor, Tammy Norwood, told the news station. “It’s nasty.”
But the man’s relatives saw the man dancing in the buff and ran out to cover him up.

“That’s my cousin,” Carla Meyers said. “That’s embarrassing. He’s in the middle of the street. Something is going on with him, evidently, because he never did that before.”

She said the man has been getting high on embalming fluid, which may have caused the wild outburst. She told the news station she was upset more with the crowd for encouraging her cousin.

“I have a problem with that,” she said. “Everybody is videoing it, but nobody stops to make sure he was okay.”
Police later took the man to a hospital for a mental evaluation, relatives said.
