Tyrese Settles American Express Debt Lawsuit

American Express has settled its lawsuit with Tyrese Gibson after agreeing to come up with a payment plan.

The credit-card company filed papers last week saying they agreed to settle the case after coming to a deal that has the “Fast and Furious” star making “installment payments,” The Blast reported.

The exact terms of the settlement are being kept private.

American Express sued Tyrese in May claiming he owed more than $61,000.

Tyrese was in financial straits as of last November.

He was living outside of his means and turned to social media to issue a teary video saying he needed financial help amid his custody battle with ex-wife Norma Gibson over his daughter Shayla.
