Tyga Hit With A Second Lawsuit Due To Non-Payment Of Rent

Tyga doesn't seem to give a hookah about paying rent.

The 25-year-old rapper is being sued once again by his landlord for failing to pay rent, reports TMZ.

After letting two months go by without footing the $25,000 a month bill for his Calabasas, Calif. home his landlord is giving him until Saturday before starting the eviction process and charging him $833.33 a day until he pays up, according to the gossip site.

Here's the thing, Tyga's much younger girlfriend, 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, recently purchased her first home, a $2.7 million pad that includes 5 bedrooms, 6 baths in the 4,900 square-feet mansion with a pool, spa, home theater, library and 3-car garage. So Tyga is in good hands if he gets kicked to the curb.

It's not the first time the "Hookah" rapper has run into legal problems surrounding his lackadaisical approach to living expenses. In June, he was ordered to pay $80,000 in back rent to another Calabasas landlord.

It's bad enough that the landlord of the current house he's facing legal issues with now is pissed, but it's also the humble abode he once shared with ex Blac Chyna, who is named as a defendant.

You would think he had the dough to cover his rent without a problem seeing as though he recently landed a Las Vegas residency at Drai's Beachclub, Sin City's only indoor/outdoor rooftop club, ABC News previously reported.
