Trey Songz Alleged Assault Victim Seeks Restraining Order

The woman who claims Trey Songz attacked her during NBA All-Star weekend is taking action.

The alleged victim is appearing in court Tuesday with her attorney, Lisa Bloom, to seek a restraining order against the “Say Aah” crooner after he reportedly socked her in the face.

“We took this step today to protect my client’s rights to peacefully live and work, and we will continue to fully cooperate with law enforcement’s investigation of this serious matter,” Bloom told Page Six Tuesday. “The room was filled with Mr. Songz’s friends and employees. We are asking just one of them with a conscience to reach out to us and tell us what they saw.

“Don’t be a bystander to violence against women.”

Songz’s attorney, Shawn Holley, told Page Six that he hasn’t interacted with the accuser since that weekend.

“Trey has not spoken with [her] nor has he attempted to speak with her since the night of the gathering,” she said.

This isn’t the 33-year-old musician’s first time in a legal bind.

Last August, he pled guilty to two counts of disturbing the peace in Detroit in 2016 after microphones and speakers were launched from the stage during his concert. He was initially charged with aggravated assault and assaulting a police officer.

A few months later, he was accused of attacking a woman who stopped him to take a picture at a Philly strip club. She’s now seeking $50,000.
