Tekashi 6ix9ine Won’t Serve Jail Sentence From Home

Tekashi 6ix9ine will serve out the rest of his two-year sentence behind bars, a judge has ruled.

Manhattan federal court judge Paul Engelmayer Tuesday shot down a request that the rainbow-haired rapper be transferred from a prison facility to confinement at home, saying the move would undermine his intentions at sentencing.

In a short ruling, Engelmayer said the two-year sentence he’d imposed on Tekashi was meant to “reflect the seriousness of his crimes.”

Lawyers for the 23-year-old previously asked the judge to allow their client to move from a secret facility to his house, given that the current conditions of his confinement mean he won’t get credit for good behavior or have access to typical programs.

The judge said he was “mindful” of that when sentencing the turncoat ex-Nine Trey member in December.

The “Gummo” singer copped to racketeering and other charges — and faced potentially decades in prison before flipping on his former crew and turning government witness.

He later testified against former cohorts Aljermiah Mack and Anthony Ellison, leading to their convictions.

His girlfriend posted a jailhouse pic saying the internet is not the same without you.

And his baby mama responded.
