Rick Ross Baby Mama Wants Her Money From 50 Cent

50 Cent’s lawyers spent like ballers during his sex tape trial in Manhattan and shouldn’t be allowed to nickel and dime his bankruptcy estate, according to new court papers filed by the woman he wronged.

Lastonia Leviston won a $7 million court judgment against the rapper in July after a jury found he intentionally posted her sex tape online to humiliate her.

With her payment now tied up in Fiddy’s bankruptcy case, she’s challenging the $123,455.92 that his Dallas-based lawyers are seeking for expenses related to the invasion of privacy case.

She claims the lawyers from Brewer Attorneys chose posh hotels such as The Benjamin on E. 50th Street and the Loews Regency on Park Avenue when plenty of “more economic alternatives were available.”

In a new court filing obtained by The News, Leviston asks the court to reject the $57,241.76 sought by Brewer for hotel fees because it includes charges for $1,000-per-night luxury rooms during a period stretching back into May.

“Ms. Leviston’s attorneys stayed in a New York City hotel for the same trial as the Brewer Firm’s attorneys and expended $249 to $450 per night per room,” her filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Hartford states.

She wants the reimbursement amounts “disallowed, or alternatively, significantly reduced,” according to papers filed last month.

Leviston also questions the $26,890.90 spent on court reporter fees, $14,800.66 spent on legal research and $4,186.94 dropped on travel expenses.

She blasts the expenses as “extravagant, excessive and unreasonable,” noting that her own legal team spent less than $3,000 “when they prepared for and engaged in the same trial as the Brewer Firm.”

Leviston has claimed 50 Cent filed his Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition on July 13 because it was the same day the punitive damages phase of their dispute was set to begin – and he wanted to “evade showing up at trial.”

The proceeding resumed on July 20, and after one hour of deliberations, the jury awarded her an extra $2 million in punitive damages on top of $5 million for violating her civil rights and causing emotional distress.

Fiddy, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, posted the video of Leviston online in a bid to embarrass his rap rival, Rick Ross, who has a child with her.

The “Get Rich or Die Trying” rapper got the 2008 tape from the man in it, Leviston's boyfriend at the time.

“We believe all of the firm’s expenses were appropriate, and we are prepared to demonstrate that to the court,” William A. Brewer III, partner at Brewer Attorneys & Counselors, told The News. “We are confident the court will conclude these expenses were reasonable.”
