LOL! THE NEIGHBORS CALLED THE COPS ON KIM KARDASHIAN'S PARTY!

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries know how to throw a party – but next time they should invite the neighbors.

A party guest at the newlyweds' Saturday nuptials at a private estate in Montecito, Calif., tells us the celeb-packed reception was put on hold when noise complaints from neighbors drew fire marshals to the fete. The officials halted the party around 12 a.m. on Sunday, but that didn't stop guests like Ryan Seacrest, Lindsay Lohan and a solo Ciara, who was one of the last to leave, from partying till nearly 2 a.m.

And it didn't keep Eva Longoria and her beau, Eduardo Cruz, from getting frisky on the dance floor, either. The source tells us even after the music stopped, the couple were "all over each other all night," and were spotted "making out" while dancing.

If tradition is true, however, it won't be Longoria who walks down the aisle next, but Brittny Gastineau. The insider tells us Kardashian's pal caught the bundle of white roses during the bouquet toss, guaranteeing her a prime-spot in "Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event" airing on E! in October.

Unfortunately for Gastineau, who arrived at the wedding with her mother, Lisa, she left the bouquet at the reception after she departed. Scott Disick, Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy, was spotted handing it over to Kim's 15-year-old sister, Kendall, for safekeeping.

Before the nosy neighbors put an end to the celebs' late-night fun, the party guest tells us, a slew of performers entertained the A-list crowd. Robin Thicke announced Mr. and Mrs. Humphries in the main tent, and following the crooner, "Earth, Wind & Fire" coaxed Kim and her hubby onto the dance floor to cut their $20,000 black-and-white Hansen cake for their 440 guests.

DJ Cassidy, who was slated to deejay Hugh Hefner's ill-fated nuptials to Crystal Harris, took the stage at 11 p.m., but was cued by the cops to end his set by midnight.

But the real surprise, or lack thereof, was Stevie Wonder. According to our source, the "Superstition" singer was supposed to be a special "surprise" performer especially for Kim, but Wonder was not in attendance.

His wife, Kai Milla Morris, was present, however.

The couple, who reportedly made nearly $18 million off their nuptials, left no stone unturned.
