Lil Boosie Changes His Name To 'Boosie Badazz'

Joining the ranks of rappers like P. Diddy Puff Daddy and Snoop Dogg Lion, Lil Boosie is changing his name. The news comes via XXL Magazine, which credits a representative for the Baton Rouge-born rapper.

From now on, Lil Boosie will be known as Boosie Badazz, officially adopting the nickname he's used for years.

Either way, the rapper is still on the hook for his first album since his release from prison early this year. It was initially promised we'd see "Touchdown 2 Cause Hell" drop by mid-summer, but the months came and went without a word.

By September, Boosie Badazz had revealed the album's artwork, which you can see at Music Times by clicking here.

XXL also reported that the album has yet to get a new projected release date, so fans will have to be satisfied with the news of the name-change for now.
