Kevin Hart has been released from his live-in rehab facility and is back home following his horrific car crash on Sept. 1.

According to TMZ, the “Jumanji: The Next Level” star is “grateful” and “shocked” to be alive.

Hart, 40, reportedly fractured his spine in three places in the accident, which occurred in Malibu Hills when the actor’s friend Jared Black, 28, veered off the Mulholland Highway and crashed through a wooden fence around 1 a.m.

On Sept. 11, Hart was released from the hospital and admitted into the inpatient facility for physical therapy.

“He’s already walking. He’s good,” Tiffany Haddish told Entertainment Tonight ahead of his release from the hospital, while Hart’s wife Eniko Parrish has only made one comment about the crash on Sept. 2, telling TMZ, “He’s great. He’s going to be just fine.”

Amid the accident, Montia Sabbag, Hart’s sex tape partner filed a $60 million lawsuit against the comedian, claiming she was set up back in 2017 when their Vegas romp was filmed.
