Kendrick Lamar Kicks White Fan Offstage For Rapping N-Word

Kendrick Lamar invited a white fan onstage at one of his concerts — then dissed her for singing the N-word in his lyrics.

The woman, who said her name was Delaney, went up onstage to sing the song “M.A.A.D City” — which contains the word four times just in the hook — during the Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper’s headlining show at the Hangout Festival in Alabama on Sunday.

Delaney let the slur slip multiple times while singing the song and was met with groans and boos from the crowd — causing the rapper to put her performance on pause, according to video of the incident posted on Twitter.

“Wait wait wait wait … You have to bleep one single word, though,” he told her.

The brunette fan tried to cover up the blunder by asking, “Oh, did I do it? I am so sorry. I’m used to singing it like you wrote it.”

Shouts of “F—k you” aimed at the fan can be heard from the crowd.

“Being the gracious person he is, he decides to give her another chance even though at this point the whole crowd is against her,” tweeted @alsostephenking about the “Humble” rapper.

But she couldn’t get back into the song, lost her pace and incorrectly sang the hook before leaving the stage.

“Damn Delaney probably had to hide her face when she left the festival, she really just said the n word on stage with Kendrick Lamar in front of 30,000 people and got called the f—k out,” wrote @alsostephenking.

But some fans blamed the rapper for “setting up” his fan.

“She sang the words to HIS song…. He can’t have it both ways,” wrote one person on Twitter.

The 30-year-old’s performance comes one month after he won the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Music for his 2017 album “DAMN.”
