IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

Kanye West on Thursday delivered a bizarre, F-bomb and curse-filled rant during a meeting in the Oval Office — after which President Trump said the MAGA-hat wearing rapper could one day fill his shoes as the commander-in-chief.

“Could very well be,” Trump said when asked if he thought West was presidential material.

“Only after 2024,” Yeezy responded.

West earlier launched into his soliloquy, in which he touched on his decision to wear the MAGA hat on the set of “Saturday Night Live,” his bi-polar diagnosis and being part of the extended Kardashian family, among other topics.

“Let’s stop worrying about the future, all we have is today … Trump is on his hero’s journey right now. He might not have thought he’d have a crazy motherf–ker like me” in the White House, he said.

Earlier, Beach Boy Mike Love, B-lister Kid Rock, ex-NFL great Jim Brown and Sam Moore of the legendary duo San and Dave were all on hand at the White House as Trump signed the Music Modernization Act, which among other things makes it easier for artists to get paid when their music streams online.

But West — Trump’s guest for a working lunch — stole the show, leaving even the usually loquacious president at a loss for words.

“My dad and my mom separated so there was not a lot of male energy in my home and also I’m married to a family where, you know, there’s not a lot of male energy. It’s beautiful though,” he said of his marriage to Kim Kardashian.

Fatherlessness, he continued, was the main reason he wanted to work with Trump and first son-in-law Jared Kushner on prison reform.

“They don’t have the abilities in the first place,” he said of children whose fathers were in prison or were otherwise without fathers. “We never had anyone to teach us.”

He then talked about how life is a struggle, and people need to be brave to survive.

“I think it’s the bravery that helps you beat this game called life. They tried to scare me to not wear this hat, but this hat, it gives me power, in a way,” he said, before declaring “I love Hillary” and suggesting that his MAGA hat makes him feel like a super hero.

“I love Hillary and I love everyone. It was something about when I put this hat on, it made me feel like Superman. That’s my favorite super hero,” he continued.

At one point, West pulled out his cellphone — and with the TV cameras rolling punched in six zeros as his code to unlock his device.

Other parts of his monologue were hard to decipher.

“The constitution is the base of our industry, of our company or country. Would you build a trap door that if something happens, you fall and you end up next to the unibombers? You have to remove that out of the relationship,” West declared.

He then riffed on what he called an incorrect diagnosis that said he was bipolar.

“I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and connected with a neuropsychologist that works with the athletes and the NBA and the NFL. He looked at my brain,” he said.

“He said that I actually wasn’t bipolar. I had sleep deprivation that can cause dementia 10 to 20 years from now where I wouldn’t remember my son’s name. All this power I got and I’m taking my son to the Sox game and all of that, I wouldn’t be able to remember his name from the misdiagnosis,” he said.

The rapper then offered some advice to automotive giant Ford.

“One of the things we have to set is for Ford to have the highest design. The dopest cars. I don’t really say dope. We just say positive, lovely, divine, universal words. The flyest, freshest, most amazing car,” he said.

He also suggested that Trump should abandon Air Force One for “a hydrogen powered airplane,” adding that “This is what our president should be flying. Get rid of Air Force One.”

Kanye also explained the case of a 68-year-old prisoner whose case he mentioned to Trump.

“Really, the reason why they imprisoned him is because he started doing positive for the community. He started showing that he actually had power, he wasn’t just one of a monolithic voice, that he could wrap people around. So, there’s theories that there’s infinite amounts of universe, and there’s alternate universes,” he said.

At another point, he was asked about accusations that Trump was a racist.

“As black people we have to take responsibility for what we’re doing. We kill each other more than police officers,” West said.

Trump sat stoically during West’s performance, breaking his silence when it was winding down.

“I tell you what that was pretty impressive. That was quite something,” Trump said.

“It was from the soul. I just channeled it, you are tasting a fine wine. It has complex notes to it,” West replied.

“He can speak for me any time he wants. He’s a smart cookie. He gets it,” the president observed.

Trump’s meeting with West focused on urban revitalization, record highs in African American employment, the creation of manufacturing jobs, ideas from his meeting with African American pastors, potential future clemencies, and addressing the massive violent crime surge in Chicago, the White House said in a statement.
