Kanye West And Nicki Minaj Recorded A Song Together

Kanye West and Nicki Minaj are teaming up to take on body shaming and double standards.

The controversial pal of Donald Trump, 41, announced he recorded a song with Minaj, 35, for his upcoming album, “Yandhi,” in a TMZ interview posted to social media on Wednesday.

“Nicki just rapped on a song that we’re talking about dealing with, uh, body shaming,” he said. “This concept is a ‘Ye concept but I’m going to say it to y’all right now. I’m taking two stigmas at once. Because I love taking stigmas and flipping them to positive. Negative energy to a positive.”

He then explained, “One of the stigmas is that men, the more people we sleep with the higher our score goes. With a woman, the more people they sleep with, people consider that to be the lower their score goes.”

West, however, is guilty of this double standard himself. In a notorious 2015 interview, he said that Kim Kardashian made him take “30 showers” before she’d agree to date him because one of his exes was Amber Rose.

“It’s very hard for a woman to want to be with someone that’s with Amber Rose — I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim,” he said at the time.

West also said he wants to put an end to the stigma surrounding cosmetic surgery.

“Now here’s another thing, people get body shamed after getting plastic surgery. You hear that on the internet all the time,” he said.

This isn’t the first time West has expressed concern about the matter. In May, West told TMZ that he’d become hooked on opioids after having liposuction.

“I had plastic surgery because I was trying to look good for y’all,” he said. “I got liposuction because I didn’t want y’all to call me fat like y’all called Rob [Kardashian] at the wedding and made him fly home before me and Kim got married.”

The two stigmas are clearly something West has thought about. Last month, he said that a woman’s “p—y count goes back to zero” after plastic surgery, which would seem to run counter to his belief that women should not be criticized for the number of people they have slept with.

Originally set to be released on Sept. 29, the same night he performed on the season premiere of “Saturday Night Live,” “Yandhi” is now scheduled to come out on Nov. 23.

“Im’a say some wild s–t, so brace yourself right now, not everybody is going to agree with it,” he said.
