Footage Of Fabolous Going Off On Emily B And Her Family

Video has emerged of a heated argument between the rapper Fabolous, his girlfriend Emily Bustamante and her father outside the couple's Englewood home.

TMZ obtained the video after Englewood police on Wednesday charged the rapper with aggravated assault and making terroristic threats. Jackson turned himself in to police and was released the same evening, the Associated Press reported.

The dispute reportedly happened a few weeks after Fabolous, whose real name is John Jackson, allegedly punched Bustamante in the face seven times, causing her to lose her two front teeth. Bustamante's father and brother had reportedly gone to the home after she asked them to remove two guns from the house because she was afraid Jackson would use them against her.

The video appears to show Jackson holding a metallic object next to a parked SUV with open doors.

"If you ever come around me ever again... " he says in the clip, addressing Bustamante's father.

"That's my mother****ing daughter," Bustamante's father says. "You are a coward."

"Get the f*** away from me," Jackson tells him. He can then be heard telling the man that he has a bullet with his name on it.

Jackson appears to lunge in Bustamante's direction while pointing with the metallic object.

Bustamante, known as Emily B, is a stylist and a former cast member of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop: New York." She has been in a relationship with Jackson, 40, since 2002. They have two children -- Johan, 10, and Jonas, 2.

The TMZ report says the video, allegedly filmed in the driveway of the couple's Kenwood Street home in Englewood, contains footage of the incident that prompted the domestic violence charges Wednesday night.

Both Bustamante and what sounds like a child can be heard screaming in the video. In the clip, she appears to be trying to record video of Jackson. The report says the man trying to hold Jackson back is his bodyguard.

"This is only an argument," Alberto Ebanks, Jackson's attorney, told TMZ. "There certainly is no crime being committed. If what you see in the video were a crime, we'd have to build more jails."

After Jackson allegedly punched Bustamante earlier this month, she called her father and asked him to retrieve two guns from the home she shares with Jackson out of fear that he would try to use them against her, NorthJersey.com reported, citing court records.

When Jackson returned, he allegedly confronted Bustamante, her father and brother and tried looking for the guns before telling Bustamante's family that "he had a bullet for them," the report says.

The alleged dispute between Jackson and Bustamante started March 7, when Jackson, who was in Los Angeles on a business trip, allegedly "became enraged" when he discovered on Instagram that Bustamante was also in Los Angeles, the report says.

Bustamante was reportedly on a flight back home when she told police she was afraid because Jackson allegedly texted her that he wanted to hit her in the head with a baseball bat and that he would kill her but "did not want to go out like that."
