CHARLIE SHEEN SAY'S HIS HIGH PRICE HOE IS TRYING TO EXTORT HIM FOR $1 MILLION DOLLARS!

Charlie Sheen has one word for the porn star who accused him of assault: "scam-artist."
The "Two and a Half Men" star filed a lawsuit against Capri Anderson in L.A. County Superior Court on Monday, TMZ reports, alleging the 22-year-old found naked in the bathroom during his rampage at the Plaza hotel last month is trying to extort $1 million from him.

In court documents obtained by the gossip site, Sheen's lawyer claims the actor is the victim of "an attempted shakedown and extortion … by an opportunistic pornographic film star and publicity hungry scam-artist."

Sheen says the now-infamous reports of his meltdown have been greatly exaggerated, and that Anderson - aka Christina Walsh - is purposefully perpetuating lies about what happened that night.

The lawsuit claims that Sheen and Anderson had a "consensual encounter" at the Plaza which went awry when the porn star "decided that this was her chance to become rich and famous."

"To that end she fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against her will, and used that fictional story as a basis for an extortion plot against Sheen, threatening that if he did not pay her at least One Million Dollars, she would … seek to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale," the suit alleges.

On Monday, Anderson told ABC's Good Morning America and Nightline that an unhinged Sheen had snorted a "white powdery substance" before trying to strangle her.

She told ABC that she was offered a $20,000 bribe via text message to keep quiet.

Sheen admits to getting angry, but only because Anderson stole his watch.

"Shortly after they had gotten into the room [at the Plaza], Sheen discovered that a very expensive Patek Philippe watch which he had purchased in May 2010 for $165,000 was missing," the suit states. "Sheen asked [Anderson] to return the watch, and when [she] refused and falsely denied that she had taken the watch, Sheen became extremely upset. [Anderson] then locked herself in the bathroom of the hotel room and refused to come out."

The suit claims that contrary to being abused, Anderson has admitted to friends that the assault didn't happen, and that on the night in question she told the police and the hotel staff she was fine and that Sheen acted "like a total gentleman."

Sheen's lawyer claims Anderson has also admitted to stealing the watch, and that her lawyer threatened she would go on TV unless the bad boy actor paid her a "seven figure sum."

According to the lawsuit, Sheen "intends to expose Walsh for the fraud that she is" - an adult film star whose money troubles forced her to resort to prostitution.

Sheen is looking to recover unspecified damages, as well as "compensatory damages in an amount of no less than $165,000" for the watch.

On Monday, Anderson met with NYPD detectives in Manhattan and filed her own case alleging second-degree harassment against Sheen.

Police officials told the News they are looking to speak with Sheen himself.
