Blac Chyna Sues The Kardashians For Killing Her E! Show

Blac Chyna has fired back at Rob Kardashian and his famous family with a new lawsuit claiming assault, battery, "slut-shaming" on social media and a concerted effort to kill her TV career.

The new 59-page complaint, obtained by the Daily News, calls Rob Kardashian "an abuser intent on destroying" Chyna after she broke up with him last year.

The model and entrepreneur claims her former fiancé knocked her to ground during a jealous rage last April then terrorized her with a torrent of texts threatening suicide.

On July 5, Kardashian went on a "revenge porn" tirade on social media that caused Chyna to suffer harm both personally and professionally, according to the complaint.

He posted graphic photos of Chyna's genitals, buttocks and nipples on Instagram and Twitter, accused her of being a bad mom and claimed he paid $100,000 for her alleged weight-loss surgery.

According to the complaint, Rob Kardashian "only paid the cost of the surgery upfront" and planned to get reimbursed from the budget of their E! reality show "Rob & Chyna."

"At the time, Ms. White's procedure was being filmed as part of the second season," the lawsuit states. "Ms. White planned to discuss her struggles in dealing with her body-image issues."

The lawsuit further claims Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner and sisters Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie contacted E! network executives in February 2017 to demand the network kill the second season of "Rob & Chyna."

Chyna's new lawsuit alleges the family members intentionally interfered with production of the second season and Chyna's contract, causing her financial harm.

The complaint demands general and punitive damages to be decided at trial.

"I am pleased to represent Blac Chyna as she stands up for her rights in the lawsuit we have filed today," lawyer Lisa Bloom said in a statement to The News.

"Revenge porn is wrong and illegal. Domestic violence is wrong and illegal. We will aggressively prosecute this case until we get justice," she said.

In his own lawsuit filed last month, Rob Kardashian claimed Chyna "consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol" then tried to choke him with a phone cable in December.

The complaint said Chyna further damaged a television owned by Kylie Jenner, broke down a door, smashed a gingerbread house and threw a chair at Rob Kardashian's Bentley.

Jenner was listed as a co-plaintiff in the case because the alleged meltdown took place in a house she was renting to her brother.

"Kylie estimates that Chyna caused at least $100,000 in property damage to her house," the lawsuit claimed.

Kardashian's filing painted a decidedly unflattering portrait of the mother of his daughter. It accused Chyna of unfairly trying to "cash in on the Kardashian's fame."

"Chyna's desire to pursue a relationship and have a baby with Rob was nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family without any concern of the consequences," it stated.

In the new lawsuit filed Tuesday, Bloom said her client loves the daughter she shares with Kardashian, and "despite her many powers," Chyna "did not conceive (Dream) by herself."

Chyna, 29, and Kardashian, 30, dated for about a year before breaking up shortly after their daughter Dream's birth.

Chyna won a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Kardashian in July with claims he punched her, tore the hinges off a door, showed her a gun and threatened to kill himself with pills.

The restraining order case ended with a settlement before Chyna was due to testify at a hearing.
