A 25-year-old woman was found shot to death in a Bronx apartment late Saturday night - and cops were searching for a young gunman who was fingered by a second victim, police said.

Cops responded to Nelson Ave. in Highbridge a few minutes before midnight Sunday and found Jordan Miles, 17, bleeding from a graze wound to his arm, police said.
