Rihanna Just Registered New Music

Rihanna has been taking her time away from music to work on roughly a million other business ventures, including but not limited to, her high-end fashion line and cosmetics company. However, a recent development has caused fans to freak out. According to a fan account, the singer has registered new music with her music publisher BMI. A new song called “Private Loving,” written by Rihanna and Demarco, would be her first solo release since her 2016 album Anti.

It’s unclear how long fans will have to wait for the release of the new song, and that’s if she plans on releasing it, but her fans have made it very clear that they’re ready for new music. For her part, Rihanna has been dropping some hints that she’s ready to get back into the music game, and has been having a little fun with teasing her fans.

Last month she posted a clip from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta showing one of the show’s stars, Karlie Redd, reading the results of a lie detector test saying, “It was all a lie. Guys, it was all a lie. She lied.”

Rihanna captioned the video: “Me: Album coming in 2019. Navy in July:”

While fans spiral out of control about the potential of a new Rihanna song, Rihanna is continuing to do her. She recently posted photos of her partying at the Crop Over festival in Barbados earlier this month in a lavish feathery costume.

Hopefully “Private Loving” comes out sooner rather than later. If it doesn’t, the Navy knows where to find her.
